Operations Associate, Jackpocket (iGaming)

Location: Reynoldsburg, Ohio, United States; onsite at a local fulfillment center

Salary: $19.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions accurately from start to finish.
• Update customer order statuses and tracking information in real time.
• Organize workflows to meet daily objectives and deadlines.
• Operate and maintain printing and scanning equipment.
• Support operational projects as needed.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and a dynamic schedule.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, independent prioritization, and time management.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• A gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency may be required as a condition of employment.
