What you will do

• Assemble kits containing electrical, mechanical, and fastening components.
• Build cable and wire harnesses and integrate electrical and mechanical components into composite and metal assemblies.
• Use wrenches, torque drivers, hand tools, and Go-No-Go gauges.
• Read drawings, specifications, part numbers, revisions, markings, and workmanship requirements.
• Complete forms, record data, and verify part counts, descriptions, dimensions, sizes, and colors.
• Follow defined processes and instructions while managing multiple jobs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or trade school graduation.
• 0–2 years of experience; assembler or apprentice experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of basic fabrication and assembly tasks for electronic and mechanical hardware.
• Ability to use computers, enter data accurately, read technical and procedural documents, and perform basic calculations.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, communicate effectively, and follow processes with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Consistent leadership, communication, and technical skills for potential advancement to Lead.
