What you will do

• Test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain slot machines and related gaming components.
• Install, configure, diagnostically test, and upgrade gaming machine hardware and software.
• Perform fault analysis, isolate failures, and repair equipment using manufacturer documentation.
• Build test fixtures that simulate slot machine operating requirements.
• Analyze game performance and advise management and Gaming Commission representatives about possible failures.
• Train Slot Technician I, II, and helper-level staff and support installation and upgrade projects.

Requirements

• At least two years of slot machine repair experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong electro-mechanical skills and familiarity with gaming machine repair and maintenance.
• Technical proficiency in gaming machine hardware and software repair.
• Ability to use schematics, principles of operation manuals, technical manuals, and other manufacturer documents.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests in English and obtain and maintain the appropriate Seminole Tribal Gaming License.
