What you will do

• Establish standardized process control engineering methodology across backend facilities.
• Develop a platform for backend process engineering skills development.
• Support backend operations with quality, yield, efficiency, and cost improvement activities.
• Facilitate benchmarking across factories and subcontractors.
• Drive the elimination of critical defects in MRB and CCAR processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of materials, equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Effective communication skills for conveying technical information clearly.
• Strong planning and execution capabilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Fluent spoken Chinese.
