Health Scientist, Project Manager - Toxicology and Exposure Science

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, USA; primarily office-based. Field sampling and travel of up to 15% may be required, with relocation to the United States potentially available.

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus of up to 12%.

What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of technical projects within the Health Sciences division.
• Coordinate projects involving toxicology, risk assessment, exposure assessment, industrial hygiene, and legal-industry applications.
• Act as an intermediary between senior technical experts and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with technical accuracy.
• Lead projects and contribute to broader business strategy and growth through technical excellence and client relationships.
• Participate in field sampling or emergency response activities when desired and required.

Requirements

• Academic degree in biology, environmental engineering, environmental health and safety, industrial hygiene, chemistry, chemical engineering, toxicology, or a related science.
• 4–7 years of experience in scientific consulting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and personnel at all levels within a matrix reporting structure.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
• Ability to perform office-based work and, when assigned to field activities, meet physical requirements including lifting, climbing, PPE use, and working in hazardous environments.
