Supply Chain Data Analyst (Temporary)

Location: Heredia, Costa Rica; office attendance required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with additional days as needed.

hirify.global is a global specialty chemicals company, with this role supporting the Polyurethanes Division.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Power BI, Excel, and other dashboards and reporting systems for supply chain plans, schedules, and KPIs.
• Collect, cleanse, integrate, and analyze data from supply chain and financial systems to support pipelines, modeling, and operational decisions.
• Build analytics solutions for planning and scheduling, inventory optimization, demand forecasting, cost-to-serve analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Support Celonis process-mining models by visualizing process flows, identifying bottlenecks, and enabling alerts and automated actions.
• Manage pilots, proof-of-concept initiatives, special projects, and reporting automation.
• Present actionable insights, risks, and improvement recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and global senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of global supply chain processes, KPIs, and statistical modeling.
• Unrestricted right to work for hirify.global in Costa Rica is required.
