Technical Aide - Maplewood, MN (Evergreen)

Location: On-site at hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, United States. Relocation is not authorized. Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior researchers on assigned product and technology development projects.
• Document detailed experimental records in electronic laboratory notebooks.
• Analyze experimental results and explain observations to project teams.
• Work with R&D functions including researchers, analytical chemists, and process engineers.
• Follow corporate policies, procedures, security standards, and environmental health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Complete at least one semester of a post-high-school degree program at an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate good organizational, oral communication, and written communication skills.
• Have an aptitude for hands-on experimentation.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or higher degree program in biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, chemistry, computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, materials science and engineering, mechanical engineering, polymer science, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Completed laboratory coursework or an internship.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and database tools.
