Sr Engr, EHS (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Assess environmental pollution factors, including wastewater, solid waste, noise, waste gas, and energy use.
• Conduct noise, radiation, and illuminance monitoring, occupational physical examinations, and occupational hazard declarations.
• Establish and maintain environmental and occupational health management systems.
• Prepare data for external, customer, and XL GAPS audits and support continuous compliance improvement.
• Train employees in safety awareness and personal protection practices.
• Supervise contractors, daily fire-risk inspections, firefighting systems, confined-space work, and hot work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in environmental or occupational health assessment.
• Professional knowledge of occupational hazard identification, environmental protection, and occupational health management.
• Ability to support ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 14064-1, and customer EHS audits.
