Location: Wyoming, Minnesota, USA; ability to work with and travel to domestic and international technology partners is required.
Starting pay: $76,000β$100,000 per year in Minnesota.

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, validation, manufacturing support, and production release of cab-system subsystems and components.
- Create and maintain requirements, specifications, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
- Design components, mechanisms, and assemblies that meet safety, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
- Lead supplier reviews and collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, quality, manufacturing, and engineering teams.
- Evaluate manufacturing methods and support validation strategies for subsystem variants.
- Analyze field issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve product and production quality.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 2 years of design engineering experience and experience leading product designs from concept through production.
- Understanding of stamping, injection molding, extrusions, weldments, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software; Creo experience is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of GD&T, FMEA, dimensional tolerance stack-up analysis, and fit-and-finish evaluation.
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Ability to operate vehicles for development and testing and travel to domestic and international technology partners is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis tools.
- Experience with PTC Windchill Product Lifecycle Management software.
