QA Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week working from the assigned office.

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce-based sales and customer success systems.
• Oversee UAT test case review and execution, and document defects using approved standards and tools.
• Create and maintain test automation, regression, and performance scripts to expand the automation library and automate daily activities.
• Identify bottlenecks in Salesforce-based processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations.
• Create training materials and operating manuals for QA standards related to Salesforce and NPI systems.
• Estimate testing effort and report product quality, delivery risks, and recommendations to delivery teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce or CRM testing, functional testing, and automation testing.
• Experience writing test cases and test plans for functional, automation, and regression testing.
• Experience with Jira, Xray, Salesforce, and AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or OpenAI.
• Expertise in defect tracking, auditing, and testing processes, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment while accurately tracking deliverables.
