What you will do

• Build channel and audience strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and additional recommended channels.
• Set goals, define success metrics, and own performance tracking, optimization, reporting, and analytics for social content and campaigns.
• Create original videos, graphics, posts, and other high-quality social content.
• Transform live content into Shorts, highlight reels, blog posts, and in-platform content.
• Partner with growth marketing on paid and organic social campaigns and with the brand team on awareness campaigns.
• Experiment with creative formats, storytelling techniques, and distribution strategies to grow reach and engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, in-house or at an agency.
• Strong portfolio covering video, graphics, and copywriting with demonstrated performance.
• Ability to turn complex technical and business concepts into engaging, digestible content for a global audience.
• Curiosity about the company’s operating areas, including relevant operations, news, and research.
• Creative, collaborative, mission-driven, thoughtful, and willing to take calculated risks.
