Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Train and deploy large-scale machine learning models in production to improve customer outcomes.
• Build AI engines and agents that create and execute marketing experiences, strategies, and campaigns.
• Introduce conversational AI interfaces into the product.
• Develop generative AI models that create marketing content from customer context.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, stakeholders, and customers to solve complex problems.
• Lead experimentation and product development in a high-impact environment.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Track record of leading large-scale AI or machine learning projects launched in products with significant user or customer impact.
• Experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and distributed training with Spark or Ray.
• Experience taking models into production, maintaining them long term, and owning the full ML product lifecycle.
• Experience leading technical projects, defining success metrics, designing and analyzing A/B tests, collaborating with product managers, and mentoring others.

Nice to have

• Experience with recommendation systems, retrieval, and ranking systems.
• Experience in B2B businesses and direct customer interaction.
• Experience creating technical roadmaps for complex business problems using machine learning.
• Experience fine-tuning and productionizing transformer-based models and large language models at scale.
