Technical Compliance Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States (onsite)

Salary: $64,000–$119,000 USD per year, plus potential incentive or variable compensation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Review significant product security vulnerabilities, CVEs, security advisories, and cybersecurity incidents affecting hirify.global products and services.
• Analyze vulnerability severity, exploitability, affected products, remediation plans, and customer impact.
• Assess regulatory implications under the U.S. National Security Agreement and support escalation or government notification decisions.
• Coordinate information exchange between Product Security, Engineering, Vulnerability Management, and the National Security Office.
• Prepare technical summaries, security assessments, compliance analyses, executive briefings, and compliance guidance.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, government inquiries, evidence gathering, and continuous improvement of governance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Understanding of product security, cybersecurity, vulnerability management, and security risk assessment concepts.
• Experience with Product Security, Engineering, Information Security, Vulnerability Management, or related technical functions.
• Familiarity with compliance, audit, governance, or regulatory oversight activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Must work onsite in the United States; NSA vetting and a U.S. drug test are required during onboarding.

• Experience in telecommunications, software development, cybersecurity, or highly regulated environments.
