Project Architect (Revit)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Lead architectural projects from conception through construction while managing quality, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Conduct building assessments and develop project programs aligned with client objectives.
• Execute designs in accordance with design principles, building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate deliverables and resolve design and construction issues with engineers, contractors, designers, and consultants.
• Use Revit to produce detailed architectural designs and construction documents.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for client development and portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Valid architectural license in the state of Texas
• At least five years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience managing projects from concept through construction.
• Knowledge of building assessments, programming, project execution, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Proficiency with Revit for architectural design and construction documentation.
