Solution Expert - Incident and Audit (Retail)

Location: Remote - United States; 10–15% travel required

What you will do

• Serve as the internal and customer-facing subject matter expert for Incident and Audit functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Support Sales and Customer Success during demos, discovery calls, and QBRs.
• Deliver onboarding, ongoing enablement, and named-session customer training.
• Help customers configure and optimize case linking, audit scoring, checklist digitization, and analytics.
• Provide advanced product support, troubleshoot complex issues, and escalate when needed.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on customer feedback, roadmap gaps, training materials, playbooks, and FAQs.

Requirements

• Experience with case management, compliance or audit software, or loss prevention systems.
• Experience delivering live training or enablement sessions to individuals or groups.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical workflows to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to translate product capabilities into business value and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support.
• Previous experience in solution consulting, product specialization, training, or support.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel 10–15%.
