Manager, Product Development

What you will do

• Own formulation development projects for domestic and offshore market segments and development partners.
• Coordinate formulation validation, reference-product reverse engineering, tank mixes, custom blends, and laboratory guidance.
• Prepare development CSFs and SDSs for EPA registration and coordinate GLP, toxicology, and seed safety sample preparation.
• Lead technology transfer and scale-up, including pilot production runs, manufacturing manuals, BOMs, product specifications, and analytical procedures.
• Coordinate sample shipments, support commercialization and change management, and resolve quality complaints with laboratories and Operations.
• Support cost reduction, alternate-ingredient qualification, sourcing initiatives, and trait technology listing tests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, a technical discipline, or an equivalent field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Five to ten years of related experience, preferably in agriculture or chemicals.
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, networking, and proactive communication skills.
• Leadership ability with experience driving change and improving processes and systems.
• Ability to work across diverse, cross-functional teams under critical timelines.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong attention to detail.
