Commissioning Student Internship (Data Center)

Location: Kansas City, MO, United States; on-site work with the Data Center On-Site Services team.

What you will do

• Support on-site commissioning processes for data center campuses and mission-critical facilities.
• Test and verify installed electrical equipment, including PDUs, UPS systems, generators, and switchgear.
• Perform pre-functional and functional testing.
• Help troubleshoot issues identified during commissioning.
• Collaborate with the Data Center On-Site Services team on hands-on field work.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in an electrical discipline.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively on a team.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving history.
• Ability to remain alert and work safely in an on-site environment.
