TL;DR

Salary: $104,480–$156,720 per year

What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day execution, administration, tracking, effectiveness review, and closure of the enterprise Corrective Action Program.
  • Manage complex cross-functional investigations involving technical, operational, organizational, and management-system issues.
  • Facilitate investigations using Cause Mapping, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5 Whys, Human Performance, and Barrier Analysis.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, leading indicators, trend analyses, reporting tools, and improvement plans to monitor program health and emerging risks.
  • Coordinate corrective action responses to internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits and verify effectiveness.
  • Implement the CAP maturity roadmap, mentor leaders, coach process owners, and promote accountability and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • At least seven years of progressive experience in quality assurance, corrective action, CAPA, quality management systems, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
  • At least three years of leadership experience managing Corrective Action Programs or substantial components of them.
  • Knowledge of NQA-1, ISO 9001, applicable ASME requirements, CAP, quality management systems, Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, Human Performance, Cause Mapping, and advanced root cause analysis.
  • Experience with tracking systems, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI.
  • Ability to work remotely from the United States and perform job functions at the company’s office or work site when required. Ability to write, read, and communicate complex information in English.

Nice to have

  • CMQ/OE, CQA, CQE, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or equivalent professional certification.
