TL;DR
Developer .NET Mid-Level (C#, ADO.NET, SQL Server): Building and integrating complex back-end services and SOAP/REST APIs with an accent on service reliability, database performance, and software design patterns. Focus on implementing integrations, troubleshooting production systems, contributing to CI/CD workflows, and conducting code reviews.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services using C#, .NET, ADO.NET, and SQL Server.
- Implement and evolve SOAP and REST APIs with versioning and best practices.
- Ensure service reliability through unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Integrate systems and services using software design patterns.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows and apply emerging technologies to improve development efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong production experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Experience with ADO.NET and SQL Server, including database design and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SOAP and RESTful services.
- Proficiency in XML serialization and deserialization.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency and effective communication in multicultural teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Familiarity with specification-driven development and agentic software development approaches.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
