Private Wealth & Digital Assets Lead — US (Digital Assets): Validating professional digital-asset use cases and defining a product direction for family offices, HNW individuals, wealth managers, RIAs, and corporate treasuries with an accent on self-custody, governance, security, and institutional workflows. Focus on conducting senior-level market research, defining an MVP or pilot, identifying regulatory and operational requirements, and developing the US go-to-market and partnership strategy.
Location: Remote work from any location

What you will do
- Interview family offices, high-net-worth individuals, wealth managers, RIAs, corporate treasuries, custodians, and other market participants.
- Validate priority customer segments, problems, and use cases for professional digital-asset users.
- Evaluate self-custody workflows and define requirements for multi-user approvals, multisignature controls, permissions, audit trails, reporting, backup, recovery, and inheritance.
- Assess integrations with custodians, portfolio platforms, and financial infrastructure, along with US regulatory and operational considerations.
- Define an MVP or pilot with the product team and identify potential pilot customers and strategic partners.
- Develop the initial US go-to-market, partnership strategy, and recommendation for entering the professional wealth segment.
Requirements
- Significant experience in private wealth management, family offices, RIAs, institutional digital-asset custody, crypto infrastructure, corporate treasury, private banking, or wealth technology.
- Strong professional network within the US financial industry.
- Understanding of how high-net-worth individuals and institutions hold and manage digital assets.
- Familiarity with custody, self-custody, governance, security, and operational controls.
- Experience translating client requirements into financial or technology products and conducting independent market research and senior-level customer interviews.
- Strong commercial judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset.
