Project Controls Specialist (Underground Cable)

Location: Itasca, TX; Milwaukee, WI; Topeka, KS. Full-time on-site work at various project sites is required, with travel required.

What you will do

• Support project budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor project cost and schedule performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to support efficient project execution.
• Contribute to underground cable and infrastructure construction projects.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of related experience in project controls, finance, accounting, or construction operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Training or exposure to project cost control, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
• Ability to travel to various project sites and work on-site full time.
