What you will do

• Create high-quality animations and visual effects for characters, creatures, animals, symbols, props, and other mobile slot game elements.
• Plan and present animation concepts and animatics based on product specifications and project constraints.
• Review final animations and effects against product requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams throughout game development.
• Participate in art reviews, brainstorming, market research, and competitor analysis.
• Introduce improved tools and techniques while maintaining a reusable library of animation and visual-effect assets.

Requirements

• Demo reel showcasing animation and visual-effects work.
• Hands-on experience creating animation and visual effects for games or interactive media.
• Strong understanding of core animation principles, including timing, spacing, staging, weight, and movement.
• Proficiency in Spine 2D or similar animation software.
• Ability to create compelling visual effects, manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of professional animation and visual-effects experience.
• Familiarity with casino slot games and gaming industry trends.
• Knowledge of video editing, marketing-focused storytelling, and game design tools.
• Degree or formal qualification in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience introducing new techniques or supporting innovation initiatives.
