Location: College Station, Texas, United States. Onsite staff position restricted to U.S. citizens and legal permanent residents.
Salary: $4,180.17–$6,666.66 per month, commensurate with experience.

What you will do
- Manage and support the administration lifecycle for business and service contracts, including origination, review, negotiation, approval, execution, reporting, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain contract performance reports, performance measures, and system-wide agreement monitoring.
- Coordinate contract reviews with the Office of General Counsel, Risk Management, Information Technology, and other System offices.
- Maintain the contract management system and review contract delegations of authority annually.
- Process procurement requisitions with supporting documentation and assist with related procurement duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years of contracting, procurement, or other business experience.
- Certified Texas Contract Manager certification, or the ability to complete it within six months of employment.
- Strong organizational, customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proofreading skills and experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
- U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency is required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or Business Law.
- Experience monitoring contract performance and reviewing, negotiating, and administering business, service, or research contracts.
- Experience with a web-based procurement system and high-volume contract review.
