Sr. Pricing Analyst (Payments)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid setup with at least 3 days in the office and some travel expected.

What you will do

• Manage cross-functional initiatives supporting the economic model for hirify.global products, services, and payment processing.
• Evaluate pricing and interchange opportunities through forecasting, business cases, stakeholder impact assessments, and partner communications.
• Support country strategies and develop pricing and interchange rates for existing and new products, merchant segments, and channels.
• Query large databases and use hirify.globalNet data to build financial cost-benefit analyses and recommend actions to management.
• Develop executive communications, dashboards, and reports on rate performance and business indicators.
• Coordinate pricing requirements with global systems and compliance teams and support the publication of pricing and interchange changes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, 2 years with an advanced degree, or a PhD.
• 3–5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, pricing, banking, or finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative modeling, scenario analysis, and competitive assessment skills.
• Ability to manage complex cross-enterprise projects, prioritize deliverables, and work with senior and junior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bilingual English and Portuguese proficiency required.

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant graduate degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience in or significant exposure to the payments industry.
• Knowledge of payments industry revenue drivers.
