Summer 2027 Digital Channels Intern

Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite at 626 Washington Place. No corporate housing is provided.

What you will do

• Participate in Digital Channels and Payments meetings focused on product and business planning.
• Support product roadmaps, product testing, and digital analytics.
• Develop analyses, flow charts, diagrams, journey maps, and customer personas.
• Maintain a book of assigned tasks and complete projects that support business objectives.
• Network and collaborate with partners across Marketing and IT.
• Attend intern events, training sessions, and corporate networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor’s program with a major such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• No prior professional experience is required.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, accountability, and intellectual curiosity.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and assigned training.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
