What you will do

• Design, develop, modify, adapt, and implement short- and long-term technology solutions.
• Work across applications, systems architecture, network systems, and applications infrastructure.
• Review system requirements and business processes, then code, test, debug, document, and implement software solutions.
• Develop program logic for new applications and analyze or modify logic in existing applications.
• Ensure system improvements are successfully implemented in an Agile development environment.
• Lead functional teams or projects and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in the relevant technology discipline.
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within the discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices.
• Ability to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical judgment and identify innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and communicate difficult concepts effectively.
