What you will do

• Define and evolve the Corporate Solutions enterprise application architecture framework in line with business strategy and the IT roadmap.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and principles across core insurance domains.
• Lead the design and integration of business-critical systems with solution architects and delivery teams.
• Provide architecture oversight across the full project lifecycle, from conception through implementation.
• Translate strategic goals into technology solutions with business leads, product owners, and data and technology architects.
• Drive process automation, application modernization, cloud migration, and adoption of AI-driven and cloud-native architecture principles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business application architecture, preferably within the reinsurance or insurance industry.
• Expertise in information management solutions, data integration, and strategy execution.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience defining architectural standards for complex application landscapes.
• University degree in data engineering, computer science, technology management, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across business and IT functions.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification or an equivalent enterprise architecture qualification.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid or multi-cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
• Experience applying AI-driven architecture approaches in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing risk, driving innovation, and working in global, matrixed organizations.
