TL;DR
Integral Technical Architect (AWS/Java): Defining and leading secure, scalable enterprise application architectures using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and AWS with an accent on cloud modernization, application security, and performance engineering. Focus on designing cloud-native platforms, migrating monoliths to microservices, resolving concurrency and scalability challenges, and establishing architecture governance.
Location: Noida, India; in-person collaboration is prioritized.

What you will do
- Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for secure, scalable, resilient, and cloud-native enterprise applications.
- Lead application design and modernization using Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.
- Design AWS-based platforms using services including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and Secrets Manager.
- Establish architecture standards, governance processes, technical documentation, design patterns, and engineering practices across the SDLC.
- Guide teams through containerization, cloud migration, disaster recovery, security controls, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, business, product, and client stakeholders; lead workshops and architecture reviews.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, microservices, REST APIs, and JSON services.
- Experience designing AWS cloud solutions and using Docker, ECS/EKS, Kubernetes, and AWS security services.
- Knowledge of Angular, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB or Amazon DocumentDB, SQL, and database design.
- Experience with application security, authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management, auditability, and data protection.
- Expertise in multithreading, performance tuning, monitoring, diagnostics, and capacity planning; JProfiler, VisualVM, Glowroot, or Dynatrace experience is preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management, technical leadership, JBoss, and Tomcat.
Nice to have
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
- SAFe experience and Insurance/BFSI domain knowledge.
- Cloud migration, application modernization, and event-driven architecture experience with Kafka, SQS, or SNS.
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
