What you will do

• Participate in credit, systems, corporate, and intern training.
• Support credit analysts, portfolio managers, and commercial lenders in tracking, administering, and growing the commercial portfolio.
• Perform financial spreading, credit analysis, underwriting, cash flow analysis, and collateral analysis.
• Shadow commercial lenders and business partners during outside business calls.
• Interact with Private Banking, Treasury Management, Wealth/Brokerage, Business Banking, and Commercial Administration teams.
• Complete assigned projects, rotations, events, meetings, and networking activities.

Requirements

• Must be officially enrolled in an undergraduate bachelor's program with a major such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, teamwork, accountability, and intellectual curiosity.
• Follow company policies, legal requirements, regulatory standards, and required compliance training.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of finance, economics, banking, interest rates, credit risk, or financial services.
• Experience with business projects, presentations, sales calls, or networking activities.
