What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls.
• Gather and provide required information and vehicle documentation.
• Process Title Express transactions within the assigned shift.
• Take ownership of assigned work and operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Process sensitive information accurately while maintaining focus during long calls.

Requirements

• Graduate or undergraduate qualification.
• At least one year of international voice experience, preferably in the most recent organization.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, patience, multitasking, and logical reasoning.
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
