What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Data Science & AI.
• Define the Data & Insights vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with business owners and senior leadership to frame questions, identify opportunities, and improve data-driven decisions.
• Ensure delivery of reliable, accessible, and actionable data products, analyses, and models.
• Establish standards for data quality, documentation, reproducibility, responsible data use, and scalable self-service analytics.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of people management experience, ideally including leadership of multidisciplinary data teams.
• Broad experience across Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science.
• Experience setting data strategy, creating team roadmaps, prioritizing work, and translating business objectives into measurable data outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with Director- and Board-level stakeholders.
• Coaching-oriented leadership style and the ability to create clarity when priorities are evolving.
