Associate, Hedge Advisory & Analytics

Location: Remote

Annual base salary: $100,000–$150,000, with potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner daily with institutional clients on portfolio risk management and hedging objectives, primarily for mortgage servicing rights.
• Generate, review, and validate daily risk and hedge reports.
• Analyze portfolio risks and provide timely trade recommendations.
• Develop and maintain valuation models aligned with industry practices and client needs.
• Contribute to reporting systems, analytics models, and related data infrastructure.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate methodologies, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in an analyst-level role with increasing responsibility.
• Deep understanding of interest rate derivatives.
• Experience with VBA, Python, C++, or SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CFA, FRM, Series 65, or a similar professional designation.
