What you will do
- Provide family medicine and primary care in a new outpatient practice.
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families.
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians and specialists.
- Use the fully integrated Epic EMR to support continuity of care across EHS locations.
- Work a regular shift from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexible hours.
Requirements
- Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Ability to work at the Manchester, New Hampshire outpatient location.
- Availability for full-time work.
