Final Signatory

Location: Marlow, England; role covering the UK and Ireland. UK registration with the GMC or GPhC is required.

What you will do

• Certify and approve promotional and non-promotional materials and activities for the UK and Ireland.
• Review materials against the ABPI Code, IPHA Code, MHRA Blue Guide, HPRA requirements, and applicable international codes.
• Provide practical, code-compliant solutions for business development, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate material risk and make independent, timely, and accurate approval decisions.
• Advise Brand teams, overseas affiliates, Legal, Medical, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs stakeholders.
• Present code cases and contribute to cross-functional review projects and standard practices.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Master's degree or Medical degree with UK GMC or GPhC registration required.
• ABPI final signatory status or eligibility to become a nominated signatory.
• Ability to certify materials under the IPHA Code for Ireland.
• Experience analysing and communicating complex pharmacy, pharmacology, and medical issues across therapeutic areas.
• Successful completion of in-house AbbVie qualification.
• Experience in reference checking and copy approval.

• Previous experience with the IPHA Code for Ireland.
