Marketing Manager (Nail & Beauty Products)

Location: Port Washington, New York, United States; onsite at headquarters

Salary: $69,000–$137,000 USD annual

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and grow Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social media channels.
• Develop content calendars and oversee content creation from ideation and copywriting through publication.
• Execute B2C campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop integrated B2B and B2C marketing plans for nail products.
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns against KPIs and ROI targets.
• Build influencer and agency partnerships and collaborate with product, sales, and design teams.

Requirements

• 8–13 years of relevant experience or industry exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in brand planning, marketing, digital media, social media, communication, and content creation.
• English proficiency required; Korean language skills required.
• Ability to work onsite at the Port Washington, New York headquarters.
