Location: Sam’s Club Vision Center, 4420 S Sheridan Rd, Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States

Salary: $27.50–$39.50 per hour, plus possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Drive Vision Center sales through merchandise presentation, competitive pricing, inventory availability, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of local market needs.
• Supervise, hire, train, mentor, assign, and recognize Vision Center Associates.
• Provide optical services, including member consultations, product selection, measurements, prescription verification, minor frame repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements through reporting, asset protection, safety controls, quality reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Resolve customer and Associate concerns under company policies, including the Open Door Policy.
• Coordinate initiatives with stakeholders, set goals, measure progress, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Completion of two or more years of college, or qualifying combinations of retail, supervisory, general, and optical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and rules.
• Ability to supervise Associates and deliver customer-focused optical services.

• Experience supervising Associates.
