What you will do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient women's health care, including annual examinations and preventive services.
• Deliver routine prenatal, postpartum, and obstetric follow-up care.
• Perform gynecologic evaluations, pelvic examinations, cervical cancer screenings, contraceptive counseling, and office procedures within scope of practice.
• Assess and manage common obstetric and gynecologic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and communicate results.
• Develop treatment plans, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Educate patients on pregnancy, postpartum recovery, contraception, menopause, reproductive health, and preventive care while maintaining accurate electronic medical records.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited advanced practice program as a Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Physician Assistant, or equivalent.
• Current Massachusetts licensure appropriate to the discipline is required.
• Prior outpatient OB/GYN experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently perform annual examinations, routine prenatal visits, postpartum care, and outpatient gynecologic evaluations.
• Women's Health Nurse Practitioner training or certification is preferred; qualified Family Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Physician Assistants may apply.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, patient education, and collaborative care skills.
