Early Career Intern - Accounting (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; must work in an hirify.global office at least four full days per week. Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. is required. No employment-based immigration sponsorship, OPT, or CPT support is available. Relocation and housing are not included.

What you will do

• Support accounting for North America and EMEA expenses, including journal entries and account analysis.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities, payment tracking, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Assist with SEC reporting, including 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings, disclosure committee materials, and SOX controls.
• Monitor share transactions, prepare wire transfers, and support expense reimbursement reporting.
• Support internal and external audits, month-end and quarter-end close activities, metrics reporting, and process improvements.
• Evaluate, test, and validate AI agents and automation tools for accounting process efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by summer 2028.
• Accounting major required, with general knowledge of accounting principles from coursework.
• Must be able to work in an hirify.global office and have permanent U.S. work authorization.
• Employment-based immigration sponsorship and OPT/CPT support are not available.
• Strong organization, communication, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.
