Entry-Level Lab Technician 1 (Environmental Testing)

Location: Full-time onsite in Sheridan, Wyoming, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: $15.00–$16.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support laboratory sample activities, including preservation, preparation, and processing.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, work areas, documentation, and databases.
• Participate in training on laboratory support policies, programs, and practices.
• Handle samples in a laboratory and office environment while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to remain standing for extended periods while conducting tests and performing laboratory activities.
• Ability to work around chemicals, fumes, gases, and strong or noxious odors.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment, including a lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves.
• Laboratory or environmental testing experience is preferred but not required.
