What you will do

• Develop innovative cross-platform video plans across linear TV, streaming video, and addressable TV.
• Track new video marketplace offerings, meet with vendors, and build strong partner relationships.
• Plan and buy video media using data and research to achieve client objectives.
• Build agency-wide video expertise through shared learning and knowledge development.
• Establish operational processes and execute work with close attention to detail.
• Partner with Precision teams on campaign execution, maintenance, and ongoing communication with activation teams.

Requirements

• Four-year college education.
• Two to three years of media planning and/or buying experience, preferably including online media.
• Awareness of the evolving video media landscape and willingness to continue learning.
• Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Proven ability to teach analytical skills and support the development of others.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
