Sr. Analyst, National Video Investment

Location: Hybrid, with set office days in Minneapolis, Chicago, or New York; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $75,000–$93,000 annualized, plus potential annual bonus of up to 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Build media plans aligned with budgets, flighting, and KPI targets.
• Place and steward national linear television buys across broadcast, cable, and syndication.
• Prepare rate and inventory analyses, support network negotiations, and manage make-goods, preemptions, and schedule changes.
• Coordinate creative trafficking and reconcile invoices from start to finish.
• Build recurring delivery and performance reports and recommend buy adjustments based on results.
• Participate in client calls, work with network and vendor partners, and help train analysts on tools and processes.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience planning or buying national linear television across broadcast, cable, or syndication.
• Hands-on experience with STRATA or FreeWheel, including trafficking and invoice reconciliation.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to explain analysis clearly.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQAD or other pricing and market intelligence sources.
• Exposure to programmatic video or CTV buying.
• Experience with local television, radio, or regional buying.
• Background in performance marketing, retail, or ecommerce.
