What you will do

  • Learn how data products are identified, onboarded, and managed across their lifecycle.
  • Explore data quality, governance, protection, definition, lineage, and management controls.
  • Analyze data-related requirements and translate them into structured documentation.
  • Support coordination of the DMCS onboarding journey for data products.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, risk, data owners, data users, and control specialists.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate, with up to three years since graduation.
  • Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and interest in working with data.
  • Clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented, team-focused, and open to feedback.
  • Good spoken and written English required for communication in an international environment.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of databases and data structures.
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis concepts.
  • Exposure to business analysis, data quality, data governance, reporting, or documentation.
  • Basic understanding of banking products, financial services, or regulatory contexts.

Hiring process

  • Applications are accepted until 22 September, followed by CV screening.
  • Selected candidates complete online testing and a group assessment.
