Talent Acquisition Partner (iGaming): Managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, leadership, product, and corporate roles across a growing Bucharest technology team with an accent on proactive sourcing, technical qualification, and stakeholder partnership. Focus on scaling engineering hiring, evaluating candidates across modern software stacks, and building consistent recruitment infrastructure for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid with 3 office days per week during probation, moving to 2 office days after successful completion

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, leadership, product, and corporate roles.
- Source, headhunt, screen, technically qualify, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to translate roadmaps and headcount plans into structured hiring processes.
- Create job descriptions, benchmark roles, publish vacancies through TeamTailor and LinkedIn, and manage referrals.
- Share market insights, support employer branding, and promote inclusive and consistent recruitment practices.
- Coordinate offer management and onboarding handover communications for new starters and hiring managers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 5 years of in-house, end-to-end corporate recruiting.
- Experience scaling technical or engineering organizations and managing at least 7 concurrent vacancies.
- Ability to credibly qualify candidates across several technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience hiring architects, engineering managers, technical leads, DevOps professionals, product owners, and technical business analysts.
- At least 5 years of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search experience, with strong proactive sourcing skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Romanian required.
Nice to have
- Evidence of quality of hire through candidate retention and progression or promotion.
- Experience building hiring infrastructure from scratch, including interview standards, assessment processes, and employer proposition.
- Experience in iGaming, online gaming, high-growth technology, or scale-up environments.
