Senior Product Manager – Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML): Designing and delivering intelligent consumer protection products using proprietary ML models, LLMs, and autonomous agentic systems with an accent on threat detection, model evaluation, and privacy-safe AI. Focus on architecting agentic workflows, building rigorous evaluation frameworks, prioritizing data and inference infrastructure, and establishing safety guardrails for real-time digital threat protection.
Location: Hybrid, with regular in-office collaboration required within commuting distance of Frisco, TX; Newport Beach, CA; San Jose, CA; New York, NY; or Toronto, ON, Canada. Relocation assistance is not offered.
Salary: USD $134,470–$220,915 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Own the strategy and lifecycle of core AI and machine learning capabilities for consumer protection products.
- Architect and deploy LLM-powered systems and autonomous agentic workflows for threat assessment and real-time user assistance.
- Design and maintain model evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, drift, latency, and hallucination rates.
- Partner with Applied AI Research, Data Engineering, and MLOps on data pipelines, compute costs, model optimization, and inference speed.
- Establish AI guardrails, alignment protocols, and data privacy standards.
- Translate technical AI capabilities and model performance metrics into clear narratives for executives and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Product management experience spanning product strategy, development, deployment, and lifecycle ownership.
- Technical understanding of machine learning models, large language models, and autonomous agentic systems.
- Experience with model evaluation, production standards, data pipelines, and inference performance.
- Ability to collaborate with AI research, data engineering, and MLOps teams.
- Must live within commuting distance of one of the listed office hubs and be available for regular in-office collaboration.
