Pro Serv Tech Support Specialist

Location: Remote in Nova Scotia, Canada

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Launch and configure WordPress websites.
• Troubleshoot email-related issues and process DNS change requests.
• Install and troubleshoot SSL certificates.
• Resolve basic website issues, including critical errors, builder and theme problems, and plugin updates.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of cPanel, SSL, domains, DNS, and email.
• Experience with WordPress and WordPress plugins.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, organization, and teamwork.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PHP and phpMyAdmin.
• FTP experience.
• Experience with the Linux command line, WP-CLI, and Bash.
• Technology-focused college or university degree and 2–3 years of professional experience.
