Associate Buying Manager - HOKA Retail

hirify.global manages the HOKA retail business and its offline store assortment and merchandising operations.

What you will do

• Own HOKA retail assortment strategy, product mix, exclusive styles, key looks, and store-tier architecture.
• Translate assortment decisions into forecasts across channels, stores, products, colors, and seasons.
• Monitor sales, sell-through, margin, and business KPIs through weekly and monthly merchandising analysis.
• Optimize assortments dynamically based on consumer response, inventory status, store format, and channel performance.
• Manage promotions, gifts with purchase, discounts, markdowns, gross margin, and profit objectives while protecting brand positioning.
• Coordinate new-store assortments, product flow, outlet go-to-market plans, and closeout channel strategies.

Requirements

• Experience with retail buying, merchandising, assortment planning, or related commercial activities.
• Ability to analyze sales trends, sell-through, margin, inventory, and target achievement.
• Ability to develop channel-specific assortment and discount strategies for different store formats.
• Ability to collaborate with planning, allocation, sales, finance, marketing, visual merchandising, e-commerce, and category merchant teams.
• Ability to manage product lifecycle decisions and translate strategy into sales and forecast plans.
