What you will do

• Lead buying for outlet WLGs, including four pre-season buying trips to determine assortment and product depth for GCKR customers.
• Prepare pre-season merchandising briefings and provide product development feedback.
• Manage in-season product launches and deletions, product knowledge downloads, and training.
• Oversee inventory chasing and end-of-life liquidation actions.
• Own category merchandising strategies and deliver financial results in partnership with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, Global Merchandising, and Product Management teams across HK, Taiwan, and Korea.
• Build a productive and innovative team culture while supporting team members’ career development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent English and Mandarin required.
• 6–8 years of previous experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively, take initiative, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
