Product Development Manager (Lighting/Home Decor/Cookware)

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day product development timelines for new products, extensions, vendor transitions, and product refreshes.
• Coordinate Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Technical Development, Materials, QA, Creative, and vendor stakeholders.
• Prepare product specifications, build documentation, testing requirements, and fit inputs for vendor handoff.
• Track samples, shipments, reviews, fit requests, revisions, testing, and approvals.
• Run in-person country development trips with global and local product development teams to accelerate vendor decisions and execution.
• Coordinate materials, finished-goods production, photo samples, and real-time product development data.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product development or factory-facing roles.
• Deep expertise in lighting, home decor, cookware, product standards, and material standards.
• Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms.
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and communicate across languages, cultures, and functions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
