Senior Product Manager - Experience Optimization (Web3)

What you will do

• Develop Web3 product strategy, roadmaps, product requirements, and phased delivery plans for experience optimization initiatives.
• Improve workflow efficiency, content clarity, conversion, and overall experience across critical Web3 product journeys.
• Build KPI loops covering instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, iteration, and impact reporting.
• Use product data, operational insights, and stakeholder input to identify friction points and prioritize optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders while managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Define scalable solutions that balance user experience, business goals, and regulatory requirements in a Web3 environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a strong background in Web3, crypto, or related digital platforms.
• Track record of leading large, cross-functional products focused on experience optimization, conversion, workflow improvement, or journey efficiency.
• Strong understanding of Web3 flows, including wallets, on-chain interactions, signing flows, transaction states, and related user behavior.
• Strong system design, decomposition, and detail-oriented execution skills.
• Data-driven approach to metrics, funnel analysis, experimentation, and impact measurement.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI and Web3 products, such as agents, automation, or intelligent execution.
