Regional Application Leader, Health, Greater Asia (Microbiome)

Location: Hybrid role open in Sydney, Australia; Singapore; or Shanghai, China

What you will do

• Define and implement the regional application strategy for probiotics, dietary supplements, and nutritional solutions.
• Translate global microbiome and nutrition science into locally relevant, evidence-based application solutions.
• Lead and develop a regional application team of more than 10 members.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
• Engage customers through technical expertise and presentations, and represent hirify.global at industry events and scientific forums.
• Support product development, validation, launch readiness, commercialization, and post-launch activities.

Requirements

• PhD in Microbiology, Nutrition Science, Biology, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in probiotics, dietary supplements, food, or nutrition.
• Proven experience leading teams of more than 10 people.
• Strong expertise in microbiome science and applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• MBA or business training.
• APAC regional or international experience.
• Experience with application-driven innovation and commercialization.
• Familiarity with regulatory and scientific substantiation.
